Google Search Console is a Google tool that measures your websites organic search traffic while specifically looking at performance, index coverage and site issues. This tool will provide valuable insight for you as a Realtor® or brokerage as you are able to gain valuable insight on how clients are reaching you and how your site is performing on Google.

Our Brixwork Real Estate Websites come with the ability to easily install the Google Analytics tracking code on your website, and here's how.

Step 1: Add your URL Prefix to Search Console

Head over to Search Console where you will be able to set up an account by adding your URL Prefix. Simply copy and paste your URL into the "URL Prefix" section and press continue.

Step 2: Verify Ownership

Verify ownership of the website by selecting "HTML File" and copying the full meta tag provided.

Step 3: Add meta tag to your back-end

Log into your Brixwork Websites back-end and click on the settings tab > Tracking settings. Paste the entire meta tag into the search console text box and scroll down to save.

Step 4: Verify Ownership on Search Console

Once you have properly saved the meta tag in your back end, head back to search console and verify HTML tag. If properly connected you will see this message and you are good to start tracking!
